C18. Late - C19 early. 2 storeys and attic. Brick walls, dentil cornice
and parapet. 1 window and 1 door under. 2-storey 3-light bow with wood
dentil cornice, modern windows below, sashes with glazing bars above.
One attic dormers. Old tile roof. Moulded doorcase with reeded frieze
block on brackets with open pediment, arched fanlight. Panelled door
with glazed panels, panelled reveals.
All the listed buildings on the east side of Southgate Street form a group.
