House. Circa 1750. Rendered, plain tile roof. Georgian town house, "L"-shaped on plan, attached to Beech House (q.v.).
Main facade on 2-inner faces of the "L", 3-bays, 2-storeys and attic. Tripartite windows on ground and first floor to
left, single light openings to right, all having glazing bar sash infills. 6-panelled front door set across the angle
of the L, semi-circular headed architrave, arched fanlight, and triangular pediment on tall moulded brackets. Mansard
roof, ashlared stack raising to left side. Left return has tripartite window to ground floor, with tented canopy on
plain iron supports.
