Former Rectory for inferior clergy in Hatfield Parish. Late C16
or early C17 timber frame. 2 bays. Lobby entrance plan.
Roughcast with stuccoed N gable end to street. Plain tile roof.
2 storeys. 2 eaves dormers and central 1st floor C17 and C18 oak
mullioned casement. C20 ground floor gabled window bay below in
place of porch. Early-mid C19 porch-bay addition on N. Door has
3 triangular-headed panels and thin moulded brackets to hood.
