Farmhouse. c1800, with C20 alteration and modernisation. Coursed limestone
rubble with herringbone-tooled quoins; pantile roof and brick stacks.
Central-stairhall plan, with outshut to left rear and service wing to left.
2-storey, 3-window front, with lower 2-storey, single-window wing set back
to left. C20 glazed door to main front and 16-pane sashes with stone sills
throughout. Tooled heavy lintels to all openings. Stepped eaves course.
Coped gable and shaped kneeler to left. End and centre left stacks. Lean-
to porch in angle with wing to left contains C20 board door. 4-pane sash to
ground floor and 2-light, 12-pane horizontal sliding sash to first floor,
both with stone sills. Interior: closed-string staircase with raised and
fielded panelling below, and stick balusters. Unoccupied at time of
resurvey.
