Two houses. Late C18. Grey House rough-cast, Pethers Cottage rendered, slate roofs, decorative ridge tiles, coped verge
to left with base of a demolished stack. Three storeys, 2 bays each, 16-pane sash windows, except 12-pane sash windows
to second floor; fixed light segmental bow to right of ground floor of Pethers Cottage consisting of 16-lights,
faciaboard, flat roof. Door opening to each house with a 6-panelled door, top 2 lights glazed to Grey House; bracketted
arched fanlights, open triangular pediments on brackets.
