Former mill house, now disused. Early C19. Red brick. Plain tile hipped roof with left and right centre stacks. Red brick. Three storeys. Three sash window with flush wood frames in cambered heads. Central flush panel door with flat hood on fluted brackets, flanked by panel pilasters. North elevation has canted Three- storey bay window with some blank windows and mid C19 ground floor porch. Rear extension and single storey outbuilding on South of same date. Windows to early part have C19 iron bars below sills as strengtheners.
