Roman Doric temple. Mid C18. Reputed to be by William Kent.
Built as part of the landscaping of the park, undertaken by the
Earl and Countess Talbot. Ashlar. Circular plan probably open
on one side with distyle Doric columns. Doric entablature.
Visible in a print in S. Rudder, A New History of Gloucestershire,
1779.
