ST81 NE IWERNE MINSTER PEGG'S FARM

2/147 Pegg's Farm Mill

GV II

Mill, c.1800. Rough ashlar with left 2 bays in English bond brickwork.
Tiled roof with stone-slate margins and brick stack to right. 2 storeys
and attics, 5 window range. Casements and horizontally pivoting windows.
Ground floor openings under segmental brick heads. Plain plank ground
floor and loft doors. Said to retain an overshot millwheel. (RCHM, Dorset,
vol. IV, p. 39, no. 5).
