House, formerly farm house. C17 core with C18 front with late C19 details.
Whitewashed brick, smut black C20 pantiled roof. 5 window ground floor, 4
late C19 plate glass French windows, one plate glass sash. First-floor 5
plate glass sashes. Off-centre mid to late C19 simplified Doric
door-case, panelled reveals, part glazed door. First floor plat-band. Rebuilt
at eaves level late C19, re-roofed with 2 gabled half-dormers with plate glass
sashes and bargeboards. Wooden eaves, 2 gable end and one off-centre stacks.
Rear with gambrel roof the outer face being the roof of earlier core. Central
2 storey gable C19 porch. To east brick ground floor, flint first-floor
with 2 ground and 2 first-floor casements. Arched single light stairs
window. To west flint with galleting, 2 ground and 3 first-floor casements.
Brick dentil eaves cornice. Evidence of blocked brick dressed windows at
ground-floor. Rear pile with stopped and chamfered cross beams.
