Farmhouse of 2 parts, a C16 north wing and an early C18 east wing. C18
wing, rendered and colourwashed; hipped, stone-slate roof with tiles to
ridge. 2 C20 brick replacement stacks part-way in along ridge. 2 storeys
and attic, 4 window range. C20 3-light casements except to second bay
which has a similar 2-light window. 3 C20 2-light hipped dormers. All
windows with single horizontal glazing bar. C20 porch right. C16 wing
of coursed rubble with stone-slated, gabled-ended roof with stone coping
and end C20 brick stacks. 1 ½ storeys, 4 window range. South facade has
C20 French doors under segmental stone arches. Upper floor has hipped
dormers with 2-light casements having single horizontal glazing bars.
C20 single storey block in southern intersection of 2 ranges. Probably
C18 connecting range between 2 main ranges. Modernized internally but
there is a fireplace with chamfered bressummer and continuous jambs and
some stop-chamfered beams.
