GV II

Formerly row of 4 houses, now 2 houses. Late C17; mid C18 and
early C19 additions. Random and coursed rubble limestone, all
painted; ashlar and brick chimneys; stone slate; concrete tile
and Welsh slate roofs. Two-storey with attic; cross wing at north
end; single-storey rear addition. Front: building is an
accumulation starting with short C17 range and cross wing with
projecting gable to right. C20 glazed door to wing; 3-light upper
floor timber casement with timber lintel, lights having pointed
heads; 2-light chamfered mullioned attic casement. Range to left
has 2-light chamfered mullioned upper floor casement with hoodmould
and 2 ground floor timber casements. Ridge-mounted chimney with
chamfered cap indicates original gable end to south. Two additions
made to range, both of single window width; C20 glazed porch
addition. Two gabled roof dormers, 1 with lead latticed casement.
South end: altered with C20 conservatory addition. Gable end of
parallel rear range recessed to left is rendered with timber
casement. South end: 3-light ground floor casement with
hoodmould; timber casement above with timber lintel. Interior not
inspected.
