3 Cottages now one Cottage. Late C17 core with 018 and C19 additions. Cob,
rendered, under hipped thatched roofs. L-shaped plan, each component with
different roof-ridge levels. 2 storeys. Front: main range with C20 leanto to
left-hand side; left-hand unit with three 2-light casement windows to ground-
floor and one above, all barred and C20. Middle unit with sash window to each
floor, 8 panes per sash. Wing, mid C19, with sash windows, hornless, 2 to the
front, 8 panes per sash; leanto porch to left of wing; hornless sash windows
to right-hand elevations (one to each floor). Large external lateral stack and
2 internal lateral stacks to rear, all with brick shafts. Interior: large beam
in left-hand room, not original. Stacks for screen (infill missing) above
stairs. Roof: principal halved at apex, collars halved, diagonally set
ridge-piece, C18.
