Farmhouse. C16 or early C17 origin, of 2 builds of similar periods, heightened in
C19. Flint walls with brick dressings and red pantiled roof. Ground floor with
2 doors and one a 2-light casement in original brick dressed aperture, 2 straight
headed wooden 3-light casements, one arched headed 2-light casement. First floor
4 C19 2-light wooden arched headed casements. Boarded door at west, C20 door and
porch at centre. West gable with brick quoins, kneelers and C19 stepped parapet.
Quoined joint on axis with single off-centre, formerly end stack. East gable C19 with
stepped parapet and similar parapet to lean-to at east. Heightening brick courses and
dogtooth eaves cornice. Single storey wing at west connects with Hall Farm Cottage
and barn(qv). Outshut rear to north.
