Carstone and red bricks. Tile roof. Large sundial on south gable. Small round window
in gable, east, and dormer casement with glazing bars.

Front Wall of Dial Bungalow, No 12 Front of No 12 and Outbuildings adjoining No 12 form
a group.

shall be amended to read "No 12 (Dial House) including Barn to north"

The description should be amended to read:-

C18, L-plan, 2 storey and attic, 5 windows east, flush frame, sash, with glazing bars.
Carstone and red bricks. Tile roof. Large sundial on south gable. Small round window
in gable, east and dormer casement with glazing bars. Including barn to north, probably
C18, brick, steep tiled roof with coped gable ends, loft door and two probably later
gabled dormers, lean-to additions.
