Farmhouse. Late C17/early C18 with two C18 former cottages with stable and
attached store. Right end of Cottages now incorporated in farmhouse the rest
used for storage. Farmhouse facade and gable end, to road, ashlar. Ashlar gable
end stacks. Illegible date stone in gable end. Former cottages squared limestone
with artificial stone roof. Ashlar stack off centre right, remains of another
off centre left. Farmhouse: 3 rooms, one room deep. Cottages, stable and store,
one room respectively. Farmhouse: 2 storeys with garret lit by single light from
gable end. 3-windowed. 2 and 4-light flat-chamfered stone-mullioned casements
with single horizontal glazing bars and 3-light C20 wood casements with glazing
bars. C20 gabled porch off centre left. Steps down to cellar right. Blocked
stone-mullioned cellar window in gable end. Cottages and stable with hayloft over.
2 storeys. Store attached left single storey. Irregular fenestration. Gabled
dormer across eaves right. Pitching door far left. Wood casement windows some
C18 with leaded lights, some C20 with glazing bars. Store has a 2-light flat-
chamfered, wood mullioned window in its left wall. 4 plank doors.
