Barn, southern part converted to house. c. 1800.
Flint with red brick additions and gault brick facings. Pantiled hipped roof, those over house black glazed. Barn has two round headed doorways and two upper windows to left and right, reduced in size but with some original glazing bars. House substantially rebuilt to first floor and original openings blocked with red brick. Two small windows on ground floor with C19 glazing bars. Remainder of windows are C20 casements. Red brick chimney stack over partition of barn and house and gault brick stack to right serving kitchen. Doorway at rear.
