C17, thin red brick, rectangular, remodelled as modern library, with central
entrance on long side, north, with tall window each side, with flat arch.
2 casements at high level at gabled end, east. Plinth. Slate roof, eaves
soffit.

Former Methodist Church, Sunday School, Library, No 71 and Boundary Walls
form a group andalso with Nos 1 & 3 Railway Road.
