At junction with road to Batsford. Mid-C19 in Batsford Estate style - so possibly
late C19 by Sir Ernest George. Golden ashlar in Tudor-Gothic style. Tiled roof
with coped verges and footstones, end stacks and moulded eaves. 1½ storeys.
Two windows, sashes with vertical divisions, label-moulds. Stone-gabled dormers.
Central gabled porch with Tudor-arch doorway and label. The front railings are
supported by tapering standards with annulets.
