Farmhouse, c.1700, remodelled c.1800. Rendered and colourwashed brick with
roof of black glazed pantiles. Originally lobby entrance plan, now altered.
South facade of 2 storeys in 4 window bays. In centre 2 bay early C20 single
storey extension re-using late C18 sashes with glazing bars. Low pitched
roof to extension. Ground floor sashes of main block C18 with glazing bars.
4 early C20 replacement sash windows to first floor with glazing bars. Bell-
based gable roof with 2 C19 flat-topped dormers. Ridge stack right of centre
and internal gable end stack to left, the former c.1700, the latter C20.
To rear early C19 outshut beneath catslide roof. Interior. Eastern room
on ground floor displays chamfered cruciform bridging beams. Roof of 2 tiers
butt purlins, collars and cusped windbracing. Secondary rafters are pegged
into purlins.
