Early C19 house, formerly the 'Church House' adjacent to churchyard of Church
of St Margaret and St Catherine. Front range of gault brick with eaves and slated
gabled roof, pilastered end returns and a chimney stack against each gable. First
storey with 4 sash windows of 6,6,6 and 8 panes without horns under straight
gauged heads. Ground storey has matching windows and the front door under third
top window. The door has a glazed top with marginal bars and a wide wooden cane
with flat hood on consoles. All window sills of stone. Two wings at the rear
that to the north being timber framed and plastered.
