II
Inn, now domestic building. Circa 1700. Brick, whitewashed to facade. Pantile
roofs. T plan. Main block of 2 storeys and dormer attic in 4 bays. Half-
glazed C19 door left of centre. 2 sash windows with glazing bars, one under
segmental arches and a half-glazed French window to right. Platband at first
floor. Remains of a blocked cross casement to first floor but fenestration
here is now of 2 C20 sashes. Gabled roof with one C20 gabled dormer. East
gable is shaped and has an internal stack. Cross wing extends south terminating
in a shaped gable. 2 storeys in 4 bays. Details C19 and C20. 2 storey C20
extension to east side of cross wing.
