1877 stone drinking fountain on circular plinth with flower beds, and steps.
2 fountains, with bowls, in shell recesses with projecting keystones. String
course and patera. Pediment top, with acanthus cornice and foliate panels on
east and west side. Inscribed: "1837-1887 V.R." and "presented to the town
of Halstead by George Courtauld, 1887."
