House C16/C17 with circa 1250-circa 1330 rear wing, this wing re-roofed C16/C17.
C19 and C20 restorations. Timber framed and plastered with crosswing to right.
Red plain tiled roof. C19 decorative pierced bargeboards to gable and batten
decoration to first floor above jetty which has brackets and pendants. 2
storeys. 2:1 window range of 3 light leaded casements. Open, gabled, red tiled
porch with bargeboards and side windows. Internally are chamfered bridging
and ceiling joists and jowled storey posts. Top plate with plain scarf with
undersquinted abutment. 1613 documented date. Possible moated site.
