Farmhouse. Early C17. Timber framed with rendered lath and plaster infill.
Pantiled roof. Lobby entrance plan. 2 storeys in 2 ranges. Central door
behind gabled C20 porch flanked by one casement left and right. 2 sashes
with glazing bars to first floor. Range to west similar but stepped down.
Interior timber frame complete. Beams with chamfers terminating in roll and
tongue stops. Remains of 4-light diamond mullion window in east wall of lower
east room and similar: window intact but redundant in upstairs room. One
bedroom has wall plaster inscribed : T 11 1603 1
Tie beam roof boarded over at collar level. 2 restored brick fireplaces
intact.
