Late C14 or early C15 open hall house with floored end bays. Timber framed and plastered
with thatched half hipped roof. One storey and attics. Five window range, modern
casements with central modern bow window. One dormer. Mid C16 red brick chimney
stack, and C16 inserted floor in original hall. Large C16 fireplace with mantel
beam. Modern extension at rear. (RCHM11).
