House. Mid C19. Rough-cast rendered stone rubble. Slate roof with gable end brick
stacks.
Symmetrical 2-room central stairhall plan with service rooms in 1 1/2 storey continuous
rear outshut with stone rubble stack at right end.
2 storeys. 3-window range. Symmetrical. All 12-paned hornless sashes with
original glazing. C20 door with rectangular overlight with margin glazing bars.
All windows have hoodmoulds.
Interior not inspected.
Hammonds is one of the few remaining unspoilt houses in Combe Martin.
