Farmhouse. Circa 1830. Rubble, some slate-hanging. A plain central staircase
hall symmetrical block to hipped roof and end stacks; lean-to on one storey at
back, towards road. Front, away from road, in 2 storeys with 3 windows, all
original 12-pane sashes, central panelled door in deep reveals to pilaster door-
case and entablature. West gable wall is plain, slate hung, with broad rendered
stack near front, and remains of smaller external stack towards back. Back has
one 2-light glazing-bar casement above the lean-to, C20 casements to left, at
ground floor to good splayed brick arch. Interior not inspected. Modest, but
handsome almost untouched main front.
