One building, 3 small shops, Mid C18, 3 storeys and attics in ashlar, Stone
slate roof with 3 hipped dormers, casements. Rusticated quoins. Band between
storeys and band continues cills on upper floors, 6 windows in pairs with moulded
shouldered surrounds, double-hung sashes without glazing bars. Good moulded stone
cornice and blocking course. Ground floor has alternating doors and windows. 2
central doors, one modern, have Greek Doric cases and one ground floor window has
glazing bars. No 25 has modern shop front. 2 doors and flat-arched passage entry
to right.
Nos 14 to 31 (consec) and Public Library form a group.
