C17. Two storeys, 3 windows. Timber-framed house. Old tile roof, 1/2-hipped catslide
at rear; shafted stack near middle and attached massive chimney breast at the
south-east end. Upper walling tile-hung with scalloped bands and tilted base,
ground-floor has exposed frame for the most part with painted brick infill and other
walling, west wall has frame fully exposed. Square-leaded casements. Boarded door
within trellis porch. Lead 'Union' fire insurance sign.
