Laundry now house. Probably C18. Rubble, concrete tile roof, coped verges, 3 ashlar ridge stacks. 2-storeys 2:1 bays.
Unmoulded mullioned windows of 2- and 3-lights with raised edge surrounds. Central door with cornice over,plank door,
half level window to right. Catslide roof to rear with 2-light ovolo moulded mullion window; also later single storey
extension.
