House. Early C17 with late C20 extensions. Timber-frame with rendered infill, extended in painted brick with machine tile roof. Central chimney stack rebuilt in C20 brick. Two framed bays aligned north/south, with lobby entry against east side of stack and C20 extension at that point. Garden (west) front: two storeys with attic lit by gabled dormer and gable-end casements. Two windows: single-light casements. Ground floor: 3-light casements flank a C20 gabled and tiled porch. Framing: close-studding with straight tension braces, jettied tie-beams.
