II
Early C19. Single-storeyed dwelling, of symmetrical form and very plain classical
style; one window on either side of a central entrance. Low-pitched slate roof, with a
wide plain eaves above a fascia, the gables to ends and entrance having pediment form
with a fascia returned at eaves level. Walling of painted brickwork, plinth. The
2-light casements have slightly-projected frames with pediment tops. The centrepiece
projects slightly, and in front of this are 2 plain columns, with simple cap and base
mouldings. The thin doorframe has a pediment top. Modern extension at the rear.
