Mid C19. A single-storeyed dwelling with classical features. Low-pitched slate roof with eaves brackets. Stucco walling; plain architraves and cill brackets, plinth. Casements, one-bay. The arched porch projects from a ½-hexagonal feature, having narrow side windows.
