Farmhouse. Dated 1673 with C19 and C20 alterations. Limewashed rubble, painted
stone dressings, stone slate roof. Central staircase plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
Entrance left of centre has plain heightened surround, and basket arched lintel;
4 panel door, upper 2 glazed. 2 early-C19 windows per storey. 2 light flat-faced
mullioned to upper floor, and sashes without glazing bars, lower floor has lost
mullions, sashes with glazing bars. Extreme right hand bay is an addition,
Plain surround to entrance, plank door; C20 window between floor. Shaped eaved
modillions, gable-end coping and shaped right-hand kneeler. Left-hand gable
end and right of centre ridge stack. Rear entrance in C20 porch has painted
moulded surround and decorated lintel dated and inscribed

Rear includes one 2-light chamfered cavetto mullioned window per storey and upper
floor 3-light chamfered cavetto mullioned window. Round-headed stair window
has moulded impost blocks and imitation keystone.
Interior: dog-leg staircase, stick balusters and moulded handrail.
