SU 21 SE MINSTEAD FURZEY GARDENS

4/17 Furzey Cottage

GV II

Cottage. C17, altered C18. Timber-frame with brick infill and encasing, thatched
roof. 1½ storey, 2 bay. Front has central plank door in solid frame. To LH
16-pane exposed frame sash, to RH 2-light casement. All openings under segmental
heads. Above exposed wall-plate and 2 eyebrow dormers with 2-light casements.
Tall ½-hipped roof with central multi-flued stack. Frame exposed on RH end.
