1822. Brown brick. Hipped slate roof. Two storeys. Three sides of a courtyard. Four bays per side: casements with glazing bars. Frontispiece of south side has pediment-shaped gable, in which is set oval ashlar plaque inscribed "THESE HOUSES BUILT BY THE FEOFFEES [word obliterated] 1822". Round-arched passage entrance below.
