An early C19 gault brick building of the meeting house type, set back from
the line of the street. The front has a panel inscribed "Countess of Huntingdon's
Chapel." 2 storeys. 5 window range, arranged 1:3:1, double-hung sashes
with glazing bars, in plain reveals. 2 outer 6-panel double doors have
semi-circular ornamental fanlights and are set in semi-circular arched brick
recesses. Roof slate. The interior has an apsidal wall on the north side.

Nos 2 to 8 (even), The congregational Chapel, Nos 9 to 12 (consec), Nos 16
& 18, No 15 Lynn Road form a consistent group of early C19 buildings.
