Farmhouse. Early C17 kitchen wing with main block dated 1692, later C18 and
early C19 additions, further C20 alterations. Brick with sandstone ashlar
rusticated quoins and rubble plinth, hipped slate roof. Rectangular plan
main block with earlier wing to west, entrance now to east, axial and end
stacks. Two storeys with cellars, two string courses. Four glazing bar
sash windows, those to ground floor with segmental heads, part-glazed door
to east side. Interior inaccessible at time of resurvey but is said to
retain some C18 panelling and a contemporary staircase with turned balusters
