Dovecote. Early C18 with late C20 repairs. Handmade bricks; machine-
tiled pyramidal roof with swept eaves. Square plan. Two levels. Lower
level has a semi-circular headed archway to each elevation; there are
shallow walls at the base of the north and south archways; the east and
west archways are left open and have brick buttresses at each side. On
the upper level there is a circular opening in the east and west elevations;
in the south elevation is a smlll access door. At the apex of the roof is
a timber lantern with three tiers of alighting ledges and holes and a swept
pyramidal lead roof with finial; this lantern is a C20 copy of the original.
