Farmhouse and byre under 1 roof. House dated 1780. Coursed rubble, stone
slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays to house. Central board door in ashlar
surround with "WJ 1780" inscribed on lintel. Ground floor, to left: flat-
faced mullion window of 2 uneven lights in chamfered surround. Other
windows: 4-pane casements in chamfered stone surrounds. Stone gutter
brackets. End stacks. To right, byre with 3 first-floor openings. Quoins
to right. Doorways in centre on each floor. Ground floor: moulded fire-
window surround to left; lintel of a 2-light chamfered mullion window with
ovolo moulding on chamfer over small window to right. First floor: small
window opening to left, blocked window to right.
