II
Farmhouse. C17, with extensive mid- to late C19 alterations and additions.
Timber-framed with painted brick infill, sandstone rubble plinth and later
additions and alterations, sandstone rubble stacks with brick shafts, tiled
roofs. Timber-framed wing aligned north/south with later parallel wing adjoin-
ing to east side, axial stacks, main entrance to south front. Two storeys and
attics. Gable end of earlier wing to left with 2-light glazing bar casement
window, later wing projects forward to right with gabled dormer window to left-
hand return; 2-light casement window, gabled porch to ground floor with ledged
door. Gable end of later cross-wing to right with 2-light glazing bar case-
ment window. Interior not inspected.
