Shown on OS map as Nos 34 and 36.
House. C17, with mid-C19 and mid-C20 alterations and additions. Timber-
framed, now mainly painted brick refacing and replacement walling; plain
tiled roof with two large C19 brick ridge stacks. Four bays aligned east/
west with chimneys at junction of end and inner bays. Single storey and
attic with dormers. No framing visible externally apart from old purlin
ends in gables. South front elevation: ground floor has a 4-light and
three 3-light C20 casements; three gabled dormers with 2-light C20 case- ments; central entrance with C20 gabled brick porch and C20 glazed door.
Interior: noted as having some wall-framing visible and heavy ceiling beans.
C20 addition to rear left. The building is prominently situated racing the
Church of the Holy Trinity (qv) and is included for group value.
