Formerly inn, now farmhouse. Mid-C18 with C19 and C20 alterations. Rendered,
painted stone dressings, slate roof. Central staircase plan. Gable end to
street. 2 storeys, double fronted. Central entrance has plain surround on
square bases, late-C19 4 panel door, upper 2 glazed. Left-hand ground floor
2-light chamfered mullioned windows, right-hand ground floor 2-light recessed
flat faced mullioned window. Crossed keys emblem above entrance. 2 upper floor
windows, both formerly 2-light with mullions now missing. All windows have
sashes with glazing bars. Shaped kneelers, gable end coping, gable end ridge
stacks. Rear contains entrance with chamfered surround.
