Circa 1760, altered by Barry in mid C19. A regular classical circular structure in
stucco, capped by a dome on a drum, and surrounded by a colonnade above a rusticated
base. The rusticated drum and the dome crowned by a balustrade is by Barry. The
colonnade has 12 smooth columns of the Ionic Order, with a modillion entablature, with
a balustrade and urns above the cornice. The base has openings with plain
architraves, and a plinth. All the openings are now filled.
