House. Dated 1756. Ashlar sandstone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays.
Plinth. Chamfered rusticated quoins. Sill bands to ground and first
floors. Central single-storey chamfered rusticated porch formed of side
walls and flat slab roof with ovolo edge forming cornice. Inside porch, in
each side wall, a shell niche; plain inner door surround. Above porch,
stone with recessed plaque inscribed: " IW "

Above again, blocked opening in eared architrave, with firemark. Small
window openings in flush quoined surrounds with keystone moulded on
monolithic lintel. Cyma reversa cornice. Shaped kneelers, ashlar coping.
