House. C14/C15 with later alterations and additions. Timber framed and
plastered with some batten decoration. Red plain tiled roofs. Left and right
external red brick chimney stacks, that to right plastered. Left jettied
crosswing of 2 storeys, one storey and attic right range of separate builds.
Various later rear ranges. 1:2 window range of small paned vertically sliding
shutters and central casement. Very heavy timber frame with widely spaced wall
studs. Halved arched bracing to walls, large bridging and ceiling joists, some
stop chamfered arched braced tie beam. Original mullion slots. RCHM 16.
