Built 1835. Coursed stone house with ashlar dressings. Low pitched hipped concrete
tile double span roof with wide eaves. Two storeys. Five bays. Sashes with
glazing bars in ashlar surrounds. Central doorway with ashlar pilasters and
cornice on pairs of console brackets, cornice continues into string course, panelled
door and semi-circular fanlight with bars. Ashlar buttress at south-east corner.
Ashlar end stacks. Sashes and tall round-headed stair window at rear. C17 cross-wing
recorded in 1926 (RCHM) has been demolished.
