Cottage orné, now used as holiday flats. Early C19. By John Warner,
Bellfounder of Hoddesdon, built for his mother and part of the Eastcliff
Development begun by him in the 1830's. Stuccoed brick. Grey slate roof, 2
gables to east and west and projecting gable to south, all with cut bargeboards
and spiked finials. Chimney stack with 2 octagonal shafts to left of east face.
2 storeys. East face with a window to each gable and 4 windows to ground floor.
C19 2 light or cross transoms. 2 doorways, that to left with French windows.
Most windows and doorways with chamfered surrounds and labels over.
