House with shop. 1801, C20. Red brick, coursed limestone rubble, some colourwashed render. Pantile mansard roof with stone coped gables, decorated eaves and with single gable stack and single ridge stack to rear. L-plan.
Two storey and attic, single bay front. C20 shop front with deepset doorway to left with panelled door and two fixed shop windows to right, with four panes of glass each. Single glazing bar sash above with wooden lintel. Single flat headed dormer window with small glazing bar sash. North gable with datestone inscribed: "J.B. 1801". Cottage attached to rear of three bays with doorway to right with partially glazed door. Two plain sashes to left, and two two light sliding sashes above. Wooden lean-to veranda in front.
