enlarged in the C18 and C19. Roughcast cob on stone footings; gabled-end pantiled
roof. Formerly a 3-room, cross-passage plan, the service end to the left of

possibly C18, that to the right with numerous set-offs. 2 storeys.
Front: asymmetrical 4-window range, three 12-pane horizontally sliding sash windows
the sills with wooden guide pegs and a late-C20 casement window to first floor; 2
similar sash windows, and 3 casement windows, all of 2 lights, one (C19) with
transom to ground floor. Doorway with canopy on shaped brackets. Guttering
